Booking Policies

Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours may be rescheduled subject to availability.

Safety comes first. If conditions are unfavorable, we will contact you to reschedule at no additional cost, at least 2 hours before departure.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time for check-in and a brief safety orientation.

All guests receive USCG-approved life vests and a safety briefing. Our captain is fully licensed and experienced.
